4. Consent and Health Information:

5. Payment and Fees:
To secure your booking, a non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remainder of the payment due on the treatment date, as outlined in the quotation provided. We accept payment via cash or bank transfer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 2 weeks notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Hairlusion and are subject to our refund policy.
7. Liability and Disclaimer:
While we strive to achieve optimal results with our scalp micropigmentation services, individual outcomes may vary. We do not guarantee specific results, and the effectiveness of the treatment may be influenced by factors beyond our control. Hairlusion and its staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Refund Policy
1. Cancellation and Refunds:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 2 weeks notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
In cases where cancellation is made with sufficient notice, we may refund your deposit, minus any applicable fees. Refunds are subject to our discretion and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds for dissatisfaction with the results of scalp micropigmentation treatments will not be provided, as services rendered are considered non-refundable. However, if during the treatment, the technician deems any products or equipment to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of the appointment date to discuss a potential refund. Refunds for faulty products or equipment, as determined by the technician, will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be at the discretion of Hairlusion.
Please note that refunds will not be provided for services that have already been completed, except in cases where there has been a breach of our terms and conditions or if required by law.
2. Payment Disputes:
If you believe there has been an error in processing your payment or if you have any concerns regarding billing, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We are committed to addressing payment disputes promptly and fairly.
3. Refund Processing:
